If you find yourself needing to return or exchange an item, here's the scoop: The return postage costs are on you, my friend. So take heed and ensure our spine-chilling treasures are returned in their original, bone-chilling condition. Any loss in value due to a less-than-monstrous appearance will be your responsibility. Oh, and remember to dispatch the item back to us within 21 days from the day it was delivered to your wicked domain. Time flies when you're immersed in darkness!
To qualify for a return, please note the following:
- The item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it.
- The item should be in its original packaging.

SHIPPINGIn the event of a refund, the grim cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. So choose your shipping method wisely, for even the shadows demand their toll.
